 | From your Main Admin Screen, Click on the "Add/Edit Home
Listings" Link. This will take you to a screen that
displays your Current Listings. You may Edit or Delete any Listings by using the
Edit or Delete link next to that listing. We will cover Editing later on in these
instructions. |
 | To Add Listings, Click
on the "Create Additional Listings" Link. You will be presented with a
form to enter the information for your listing. We will cover each item here in the
same order that they appear on the form.: |
 | Name... Is Your
Name, This field is not editable from this form. You may edit your name from the
Edit My Record link on your main Admin Page. |
 | Phone... Is Your
Business Phone Number. This field is not editable from this form. You may edit
your name from the Edit My Record link on your main Admin Page. |
 | TID... Is
your ID Number on our system. This field is not editable as it is assigned when your
sign up. It does not display any place except on your admin screens. |
 | Click To Hide Listing...
Is used to hide a listing from view on your web site and the Consumer
Portal. TIP: This is used
after you have created a Listing. Very handy to take a Listing off the market and
place it back on the market without having to delete the listing. When hidden it
will still be visible from your Listing Admin Screen. |
 | The Listing Will Expire...
This shows the date the Listing will expire. This defaults to 90
days from the time you add a new Listing. You may change this by going back into
your Listing after you have entered it and selecting Edit for that Listing. You will
then see a Link next to the Expiration Date that will add 30 days to the listing each time
you click on the link. The Expiration date will turn RED 2 weeks prior to it
expiring. This draws your attention to it so your may advance the date. When
the Listing expires it will still be visible to you from your admin screen, however will
be hidden from your Web Site and the Consumer Portal. |
 | Title/Ad Header...
This provides a Header for your Listing that is displayed in bold text just
above the Listing information. |
 | Price...
This is used to indicate the Price for the home. Enter the
Dollars only. Example 114,000. You do not need to put the Dollar Sign ahead of
your number. If you omit the comma it will be entered automatically. |
 | MLS...
This is used for the MLS number. This is NOT a required field on our site. It
may be left blank if you like. |
 | Community or Neighborhood... This field is used to indicate the Neighborhood
name. Example: University Hills, Down Town, Capital Hill... Etc. Etc. |
 | Street Address...
This is for your Record Only and does NOT display on your Web Site or the
Consumer Portal. This simply provides you a way to track your listings. Very
handy when you have numerous Listings. |
 | City... This
field is a Drop Down that allows you to pick the City your Listing is located in. |
 | County... This
field is a Drop Down that allows you to pick the County your Listing is located in. |
 | Style...
This field is a Drop Down that allows you to select the Style.
The selections are Cabin, Cape Cod, Colonial, Cottage, Edwardian, Georgian, Loft,
Modern, Queen Anne, Ranch, Split Level, Tudor and Victorian. |
 | Property Type...
This field is Drop Down that allows you to select the Property Type.
The selections are Single Family, Condominium, Farm/Ranch, Lot/Land, Mobile, Manufactured,
Multi-Family, Townhouse and Other. |
 | Bedrooms...
Using the Drop Down you may select up to 8 bedrooms or N/A for Land or
Lot Listings. |
 | Baths...
Using the Drop Down you may select up to 8 baths or N/A for Land or Lot
Listings. |
 | Floor Space...
Use this field to indicate the House Size in Sq. Ft.
Example 1750. |
 | Land Size...
Use this field to indicate the Lot or Land size. We suggest if it
is a City Lot to indicate the size by using for example 150 x 250 to indicate that the lot
is 150 feet by 250 feet. For Acres you may use a number and then select the acres
drop down. |
 | Year Built...
This field is used to indicate the Year that the property was built.
Enter the year in a 4 digit format, example 1992. |
 | Garage Spaces...
Use the drop down to select up to 6 garage spaces. If there are more
than 6 you may select the more item. |
 | Fireplaces...
Use the drop down to select up to 6 fireplaces. If there are more than
6 you may select the more item. |
 | Indoor Features...
You may indicate from the Check Boxes any Indoor Features for your Listing.
TIP: You may return
to this area using the Edit Link for this Listing after entering it. You will then
be able to Add any text you like to this section. The check boxes simply give you a
quick way to list common features. |
 | Exterior Features...
You may indicate from the Check Boxes any Exterior Features for your Listing.
TIP: You may return
to this area using the Edit Link for this Listing after entering it. You will then
be able to Add any text you like to this section. |
 | Neighborhood Features...
You may indicate from the Check Boxes any Neighborhood Features for your
Listing. TIP: You
may return to this area using the Edit Link for this Listing after entering it. You
will then be able to Add any text you like to this section. |
 | Picture 1 & Picture 2... You will be able to add 2 Pictures for your Listing AFTER
you have entered and submitted your new Listing. To add your pictures you will need
to Select the Edit Link next to your listing from your Listing Admin Screen. You
will see a Link above the listing that says "Click here to upload photos to go with
your Listing" This will take you to a screen that you my upload your

 | Description...
Use this section to give details about your Listing. This information
will be displayed along with your Listing. We suggest placing information here that
will help sell the home. Example: Seller Must Sell. Backed up to Park...
Etc. Etc. You will be allowed 255 charters in this field. If you go over
a Pop Up will let you know when you submit your listing. |
