 | Setup/Edit my Realtor Record From this link you are taken to a page that allows you to edit your
Business Information. You can change your Name, Business Name, Address, City, State,
Zip, License Number, Email, Comments, Phone, Second Phone, Fax, Photo, Username and
Password. The Comments is what will appear with your Listings and Business
information on your site and on our Consumer Portal at www.ReAgentSite.com |
 | Choose The Template and Background From this link you are presented with 5 Site Templates and 56 backgrounds.
You will be able to pick
a "Solid Back Ground Color" OR a "Back Ground Image" for your
site. To use a Solid Back Ground, select one using the "Radio Button" in
the colored box for the color you would like. To use a Back Ground Image, use the
"Radio Button" next to the image you would like for your site. Scroll down
to the bottom and click the "Proceed To Next Step" button. A screen will
come up saying your settings have been stored. |
 | Choose Buttons and Banners From this link you may select a Banner Image that
will display at the top of each page of your site, using the "Radio Button" next
to the banner you would like. At the end of the banners displayed is a question to
display a banner on your home page. Select yes or no, if you select no... all your
pages will display a page banner except your home page. Yes, will display a banner
on your home page. Scrolling down on the page your are able to select a
"Button Set" to use as the Navigation Elements for your site using the
"Radio Button" next to style you would like to use. At the end of
the Button Sets is a question asking if you want Page Banners on your site. We
suggest using page banners as it gives each page on your site a Title. Should you
decide not to have page banners you would select the "no" button. Click on
the "Next" Button, you will get a confirmation screen. Use the Admin Home
Page link to return to you admin page. |
 | Choose Sections to Include in the site From this link you may select what pages you would
like for your site. The first 7 sections are selected using "Radio
Buttons". You may only have one element from these sections, thus only one
Radio Button may be selected. When you select another button, the prior one will
un-select. The last section uses "Check Boxes" allowing you to select any
number of the pages choices you would like on your site. Be sure to use the Finish
Button at the bottom to record your changes. |
 | Upload Your Logo From this link you may Upload Your Logo or choose
one of the Logos that we have on site. To select one of our Logos on site use the
"Click Here to select a different one of our standard logos" link. From
there you may select an on site logo. You may also upload your logo from by
following the instruction on our Uploading Instruction

 | Upload Your Photo From
this link you may upload a photo of yourself that will be displayed on each page of your
site. For uploading instructions please visit our Uploading Instruction Page. |
 | Upload Another Site Photo From this link you may upload a photo or use one of
our stock photos. This is a Second Photo that will appear on your home page.
To select one of our Stock Photos use the link "Click Here to select one of our stock
photos". You will then select a photo using the Radio Button next to the photo
you would like to use. Be sure to Scroll Down and click on the Use This Photo button
to record your request. You may also upload your own photo by following our Uploading Instruction Page. |
 | Click Here To Add/Edit Home Page Information From this link your get a page that displays many of
the elements for your web site. You may only edit from the page Items 2, 4 and 6.
Item 2 is for your Slogan. The Slogan will appear on your home page.
Think of a slogan that is catchy, example "Your Next Move is My Priority"
without the quotes. Many companies have a slogan that you may use. Item 4 is
for a text paragraph that appears on your home page. You may write what ever you
like here. NOTE: You may want to use our Stock
Paragraphs covered in the next section. Item 6 is for a Second Paragraph that will
appear on your home page. Place any information here that your want the consumer to
see about you or your business. Be sure to use the "Update Text Content"
button at the bottom of the page to record your changes. |
 | Add one of our pre-formatted text paragraphs From this link your are presented with 4
pre-formatted text paragraphs that will be inserted in the 1st paragraph of your home
page. Select a paragraph by using the radio button next to your choice. Each
paragraph has automatically inserted your Name, City and State where applicable. Be
sure to use the "Use the selected text" button at the bottom to record your
changes. NOTE: You can edit this text from the prior
step after selecting a stock paragraph. |
 | Add/Edit Professional Designations From this page you are presented with several
Professional Designations that are displayed on your home page. Select all that
apply to you and then use the "Submit These Designations" button to record your
request. |
 | Add a Hit Counter to the site From this page your may add ANY out site vendor
content you like to your site. Please visit our Adding
Vendor Content Page for details on using this section. |
 | Add Meta Tags to your default page From this page you may add Meta Tags to your site.
Meta Tags are very important for Search Engines. This provides Key Words and
Descriptions of web sites. Please visit our Adding Meta

 | Add/Edit Home Listings From this page your may Add, Edit and Delete your
home listings. All your Listings will be displayed on your web site and our Consumer
Portal at www.ReAgentReferral.com

 | Open Houses This page allows you to detail information on
upcoming open houses on your site. You may Add, Edit and Delete open houses.
To Add a new open house, click on the Add New Link, the form is self explanatory.
Complete each section on the form. For the "Index" Field, place the 5
digit number next to the listing you are adding to your open houses. We have
provided a table showing your current listings so you may select the index number for your
open house. This is very important as this creates a Link from your open house page
back to the listing. This makes it easy for a consumer looking at your open houses
page to view the actual listing by clicking on the address. The comments section
will display on your open house page. Provide any information about the features for
this house. |
 | What's New This section allows you to showcase new events and
etc. in your area. Use this section to detail any thing
new to your area. Complete each section. If no email or web-site applies, you
may type none in the fields. The "Sort Order" field allows you determine
the order you would like the items to display on your site, regardless of when you added
them. Use the "Update" button to add your entry. You will go back to
your What's New screen allowing you to add more items or use the "Admin Home
Page" link to return to your admin screen. TIP: For the Sort Order section, use 10, 20, 30, 40 etc. for each item.
This makes it easy to insert items between each other at a later time. If you use 1,
2, 3, 4 etc. you will need to change all the items in order to insert one between existing
items. |
 | Setup Lenders Works
just like the What's New section. This is used to showcase the lenders of
choice. This may be a good tool to get lenders to link to your web site. |
 | Setup Partners Works
just like What's New and Setup Lenders sections. Again this is a good tool to
showcase your Title Companies, Appraisers, Home Inspectors etc. Asking them for a
return link can provide increased traffic and sales. |
 | Setup Testimonials Works
just like the other sections. You will see a check box item in this section that
must be checked to display on your site. This allows you to hide a testimonial. This
is handy should you want to use a testimonial later on. The sort order allows
you to control the order that your testimonials will display in, regardless of the time
they were added. |
 | Setup Links Works just
like the other sections. This will display similar to how search engines display
links. The Name, then a Description and then the site URL and link will be
displayed. Again this is another good tool to get people to exchange links with you,
thus increasing traffic to your web site. TIP: Find local business in your area with web sites. Contact them asking them
to exchange links with you. Great way to increase traffic to your site. |
