Your Home Page will display any or all of the following... Your Name, Your Business Name, Your Business Address, Your "Slogan", Your Photo, Your Logo, Up to 2 Text Elements allowing you to tell the consumer about you and your business, A Site Photo, (Example A House or Scene) Your Professional Designations, Your Contact Information, Your Email Address, A Hit Counter or other Vendor Content such as a Banner Exchange and Site Navigation Buttons to all the other pages on your site displayed along the Side, Top or Bottom of your page, depending on what Template you choose during construction of your site.  All the pages on your site will carry many of the components of your home page on them.  (Your Name, Business Name and Info, Logo, Your Photo and Contact Information). 

All of your Business Data is also displayed Free on our Consumer Portal at www.ReAgentreferral.com.   When we host your site you automatically become a "Site Sponsor" on our Consumer Portal" giving your Business Information and Listings priority placement along with a "Gold Listing" Button next to all your displayed data.

Your Listings page will showcase all your Listings.  Each Listing will include all the necessary information for the consumer to find the home they are seeking.  Each Listing can include 2 photos.  Your listing page will include information about you telling the consumer about you and your business.  Your Listings are displayed in a Table allowing the consumer to click on each Listing to view full details.  Each Listing is displayed on a web page unique to that listing.  You may have as many Listings as your like on your web site.  Listings are added from your Admin Page.   All Listings are also displayed in a priority format with our "Gold Listing" button on our Consumer Portal at www.ReAgentReferral.com, Free with your site. 

This page Showcases your Open Houses.  Each item is listed in Date order.   Each Item displays details about the open house with a Link to the actual Listing.   You may list as many open house as you like from your admin page.

The Home Search Page has several resources for the consumer to use in their search for a home.  All the links on this page will open a new window.  This keeps the consumer close to your site, should they get side tracked.

The Sell My Home page is a short form that the consumer would complete when they are seeking information on selling their home.  This is a great Lead Generating Tool.   When the form is completed by the consumer, you will get an email with all the information provided.  This occurs as soon as the consumer clicks on the submit button after completing the form.

The Find A Home page is a short form that the consumer would complete when they are seeking information on buying a home.  This is another great Lead Generating Tool, similar to the Sell My Home page.   When the form is completed by the consumer, you will get an email with all the information provided.  This occurs as soon as the consumer clicks on the submit button after completing the form.

The School Info page provides information for the consumer from American School Directory.  This page provides a resource that keeps the consumer coming back to your site. 

The What's New page allows you to display content on New and Upcoming events in your area.  You can add as many items as you like from your Admin Page.  This is a nice feature as your are able to provide local information on your site for the consumer.   This information can be edited or added to at any time from your Admin Page.

This page gives the consumer a way to do a "Quick Application" on your site.   This information is emailed to you when the consumer clicks on the submit button.   This provides you with a Good Lead and a tool to use with your Lenders of choice, as you can provide them with a Loan Lead.  Giving your Lenders of choice Loan Leads, will likely be reciprocated by the Lender referring consumers to you that are seeking Realtor services.

The Mortgage Calculators pages provides nine calculators.  Calculators are very popular to consumers, thus this gives the consumer another reason to bookmark your page and return often.  Having calculators on your site also  proves useful for search engines, as you can list them in your Meta Tags.  Any one looking for Calculators may come across your site.  If you count the 9 Calculators provided with your site, your site is actually a 30 page site.

This page allows you to showcase your customer testimonials.  You may list as many as you like from your Admin Page.  This is a great way to build credibility for you and your business.

The Mortgage Glossary page provided numerous definitions on mortgage terms.  This page provides yet another reason for consumers to bookmark your site.

The Lenders page allows you to showcase any Lenders of choice.  This becomes a great resource for the consumer.  It also gives you a great way to increase traffic to your site, as you are able to get Lenders to link back to your site from their sites.   You can add as many Lenders as you like from your Admin Page.

This page works very similar to the Lenders page.  With this page your can showcase any partners your choose.  Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Title Companies, Attorneys and more.  This again becomes a great tool for you to increase traffic to your site.  It also becomes a good resource for the consumer.

The FREE Reports page provides up to 20 reports that the consumer may request by simply checking next to the chosen reports and providing their contact information.  When they click on the Submit Button, all the reports are sent to them within minutes.   You will also get an email informing you what reports were requested along with the Contact Information the consumer provided.  This is a GREAT Lead Tool as consumers love getting the Free Reports.  Yet another reason for the consumer to bookmark your site.

The Favorite Links Page allows you to display as many links as you like.  This becomes a great resource for the consumer.  It is also a powerful tool for you to get other sites to exchange links with you.  The more links you have to your site the better.  Many search engines rank the popularity of web sites by the number on links to them.

The Contact Me page gives the consumer an easy way to make contact with you using a form on your site.  This is a great Lead Generating Tool because it gives the consumer a convenient way to contact you from your web site.  As soon as the consumer clicks on the submit button, you will be sent an email with all the contact information.   This is the 3rd tool on your site that can provide you with consumer leads.   The other two are the Sell My Home page and the Free Reports page.

This page provides News Feeds from numerous sources.  These News Feeds are updated daily with Mortgage Related News.  This is yet another page that will get consumers to bookmark your site.  All the links on this page will open a new window, keeping the consumer close at hand.

The Real Estate News page provides News Feeds from numerous sources.  The News Feeds are updated daily with Real Estate Related News.  Just like the Mortgage News Feeds, this page provides content that will keep consumers coming back to your site often.   Each link opens a new window, keeping the consumer on your site.

This page provides a Map to your office.  This content is provided by Yahoo Maps.   This becomes a great tool when you are giving a consumer instructions on how to find your office.  Just a nice Bell and Whistle that most sites do not offer.

This page displays Listings within a 3, 5 or 10 mile radios of a zip code entered into a small search box that will appear below your Navigation Buttons on each page of your site.  The listings displayed are from listing data stored on the Consumer Portal www.ReAgentReferral.com.   Each listing displays the vital information for that listing.  There is not contact information for the Listing Agent displayed on your web site.  The consumer will need to contact you for information about a listing.  This becomes a powerful tool, providing your site with instant content and increasing the likely hood of a consumer contacting you about your services.
